Join Markets Asset Servicing Operations and lead centralized Equity income servicing for clients and counterparties across regions. Partner with trading, sales, finance, and operations to manage exceptions and proactively resolve risk items. As an Associate in the Markets Asset Servicing Operations Income team, you provide centralized asset servicing support for Equities, covering collection and payment of income events with clients and counterparties. You collaborate with global stakeholders and external partners to manage exceptions, resolve risk items, and ensure timely, accurate processing across EMEA and WHEM. You lead a delivery-focused team, escalate issues effectively, and drive automation and continuous improvement while maintaining strong controls.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate management of Equity income events and claims across EMEA/WHEM.
  • Serve as point of contact for global clients and internal stakeholders on escalations and coverage.
  • Escalate production-related issues promptly while ensuring service continuity and effective resolution.
  • Exercise sound judgment and act with integrity to protect the company, clients, and customers.
  • Act as subject matter expert for the functions managed, guiding procedural decisions.
  • Lead teams toward delivery milestones, mitigating risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
  • Manage daily work volumes and transactions accurately within deadlines and policies.
  • Allocate resources effectively based on team skills, expertise, and cross-training needs.
  • Deliver client-focused solutions and act as the communication funnel with global teams.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Bring 8 years of experience in Asset Servicing or Trade Operations.
  • Apply strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Supervise daily operational activities for a team effectively.
  • Partner with internal teams, external clients, and third-party service providers.
  • Manage tight delivery timelines while executing strategic change.
  • Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills.
