As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
• Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support procedures and system monitoring tools.
• Provide timely updates and clear communication to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Zscaler Architecture.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and cloud-based security frameworks.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex application and infrastructure issues.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and incident management tools.
• Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of problems.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
