• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations.
• Experience with integration tools and middleware platforms related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application environments and their operational challenges.
