Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are tailored effectively, while also managing the technical aspects of application development to support seamless business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle GoldenGate.
• Experience with data replication and real-time data integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of database management and data synchronization processes.
• Ability to configure and optimize Oracle GoldenGate for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and performance tuning in data replication environments.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation to support application deployment and maintenance.
  
  
  

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle GoldenGate.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
