Job requirements

Analytics Solution/ Engagement Manager - (10-15 years experience)

1. IIT/ NIT background with MBA from top tier B-schools
2. Have hands on coding, analytics insights, data engineering and BI skills - e.g. Python/ Pyspark, sql, PBI/ Tableau/ Data engineering
3. Preferably having data science modelling
4. Client expectation management and strong analytics storytelling skills
5. Effective requirement gathering from analytics project defining perspective, have worked in cross practice collaboration setup,
6. Handled client proposals- through solution approach, project management, governance, client MBR/ QBR, able to resolve roadblocks through self-research, preferably experienced with handling RFI/ RFPs
7. AI driven mindset
8. Data Analytics Domain knowledge mandatory in Utility/ Construction/ Retail/ Textile-Packaging/ Supply chain
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
