Job Summary

As a Product Analyst in Regulatory Operations Analytics, you will be responsible for documenting and testing new developments that directly influence business records. You will analyze business problems, partner with developers to implement solutions using industry-standard tools, and translate data into meaningful business information. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results in an Agile environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze business problems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Partner with developers and stakeholders to implement solutions using Alteryx, Python, SAS, and other suitable tools.
  • Develop and test requirements on platforms such as Alteryx, SAS, and Python, deploying fixes as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver iterative and impactful results.
  • Apply analytical thinking and data skills to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Evaluate issues, perform root cause analysis, and make objective decisions quickly.
  • Synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively.
  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure analytic rigor in all deliverables.
  • Operate independently, taking initiative to deliver results and support business needs.
  • Understand data infrastructure within financial services to inform solution design.
  • Use technical skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for effective presentations and analysis.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in the banking domain
  • Effective communication skills
  • Alteryx CORE certification and hands-on experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing requests
  • Ability to understand bespoke activities and report accordingly

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Knowledge of Tableau, UI Path, and Python
