In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose

  • Client Servicing for Trade Finance Operations

Key Accountabilities

  • Client servicing and handholding of Trade Finance transactions. Incumbent would be the single point of contact for the client for all trade transactions

Job Duties And Responsbilities

  • Capable managing the Customers and handling queries for Trade Finance products
  • Strengthen relationship with the various stake holders like branches, Relationship Managers and internal teams to resolve all trade queries and issues promptly
  • Own the Customer Transaction end to end
  • Ensure that the self KPI’s and KRI’s are managed and maintained as per the group’s expected standards
  • Advise the client on the trade transactions
  • Handling all types of customer complaints, enquiries Queries. regarding any clarification with respect to trade transactions

Required Experience / Competencies

  • Should have working knowledge of various Trade Products related to Documentary Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements, Fund Transfer, and Swifts
  • 5+ years of Work Experience in handling the Trade Finance products
  • Excellent Client / Customer management skills, business orientation
  • To manage processes and metrics on a day to day basis
  • To provide proper guidance and support to the team as required, capability to identify areas of risk and ensure proper mitigates and controls are put in place

Education / Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate with relevant work experience in working in the Trade Finance Unit and handling of all the Trade Finance Products
