Airport Ground Staff Hiring For Airport Duty

, Permanent Airport Ground Staff are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of airport services and facilities. As a member of the Bluespirit team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all passengers and visitors, ensuring their safety and comfort while they travel through the airport. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding procedures
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and other airport services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following airport security protocols and procedures
• Coordinate with other airport staff, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew, to ensure smooth and timely flight operations
• Monitor flight schedules and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
• Handle and process passenger baggage, including loading and unloading from aircraft
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of airport facilities, including waiting areas, restrooms, and boarding gates
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly or disabled passengers, and families with young children
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal aviation regulations
• Continuously update knowledge of airport procedures, services, and policies to provide accurate information to passengers Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of local and federal aviation regulations is a plus
