AI Product Manager | Libra AI, Inc

We’re hiring an AI PM to work directly with the founding team at Libra AI.

This is a 0→1 role. You’ll be shaping product, shipping fast, and building at the edge of what AI can do today.

What you’ll do

• Own product end-to-end from idea to shipped feature
• Work closely with engineering to design and ship AI-native workflows
• Prototype fast using tools like Claude, Lovable, etc.
• Define product direction based on user behavior, not opinions
• Obsess over UX, details, and product quality
• Operate with high speed and high ownership

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years of real product management experience (not ops/analyst roles)
• Strong understanding of AI systems LLMs, agents, orchestration
• Ability to independently prototype and validate ideas
• Technical enough to work closely with engineers
• Strong product taste: you know what good looks like
• Extremely high attention to detail
• High agency: you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Can join immediately (or within 2 weeks max)

• Experience building or shipping AI products
• Strong sense of design / UX
• Experience working in fast-paced 0→1 environments
