Flytxt is Looking for:

Responsibilities -

• Create experimental setups on cloud instances for investigating AI problems involving tabular data based foundation models and federated learning.
• Conduct experiments based on the roadmap and prepare/maintain design documents, code and other artifacts associated with the perpetual learning AI framework being pursued.
• Do rapid prototyping, packaging and deployment of AI models/prototypes as impactful demos on portals / hugging face spaces.
• Maintain source code and relevant documentation of machine learning models, software prototypes and portal integration API.
• Prepare compelling technical slides/documents for business & academic leaders.
• Prepare invention disclosure documents and/or work with IP teams for filing patents.
  
  
  

Qualification And Experience

• Masters in Computer Science or a related discipline (Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics) with a focus on Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
• A CGPA of 7.5/10 or above in UG as well as PG level (in case of percentage, 70% or above)
• Candidates from institutes of national importance, or from internationally reputed universities would be preferred.
• 2-4 yrs of hands-on AI software engineering experience in the industry.
  
  
  

Candidate Profile

Should have hands-on experience in the following:

• Building models using tabular machine learning, deep learning and transformers in python.
• Rapid prototyping frameworks (gradio, streamlit etc.), packaging and deployment of AI models on public cloud infrastructure like AWS, GCP and Azure
• Preparing compelling technical slides/documents for business & academic leaders
• Preparing invention disclosure documents and/or filing patents, OR publishing academic papers
  
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in implementing research papers and creating experiment setups
• Experience in building transformer based models in PyTorch/hugging face ecosystem, fine- tuning foundation models, implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications etc.
• Experience in building federated learning models using frameworks like PySyft, Flower or FATE
• Experience in contributing to open-source AI/ML projects
