  • Incorporate user feedback, usage insights, and operational signals to improve solution quality and drive adoption.
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise AI policies and risk controls throughout development and deployment.
  • Partner with business and domain stakeholders during problem framing and solution ideation to identify high‑value GenAI use cases.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor AI engineers and associates working on GenAI and LLM‑based systems.
  • Enable non‑software practitioners to effectively use GenAI‑powered and low‑code/no‑code tools through clear guidance.

The Essentials - You Will Have

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or applied data systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production‑grade services.
  • Hands‑on experience designing and deploying GenAI / LLM‑based applications.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

  • Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and GenAI evaluation techniques.
