Role Overview

We’re looking for a Communication Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and technology. Someone who can craft content that cuts through the clutter—and isn’t afraid to experiment with AI platforms (from MidJourney to Runway, Figma AI to ChatGPT) to push creative boundaries.

This isn’t a “make the deck pretty” role. It’s about building a content that shapes how India perceives Commercial Insurance.

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce content for social media, landing pages, sales decks, and marketing collaterals.
• Experiment with AI design and content tools to create fresh, innovative formats—motion graphics, visuals, interactive assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate complex insurance ideas into engaging, human-centered communication.
• Build and evolve brand guidelines that balance consistency with experimentation.
• Run quick creative sprints, test formats, and ship fast to see what resonates.
• Stay ahead of design and AI trends, and bring those ideas into live campaigns.
  
  

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design / communication design / visual storytelling (agency or startup preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma/Premier Pro (plus curiosity to master AI-first tools).
• A strong portfolio that shows visual creativity, clarity, and adaptability across mediums.
• Comfort with fast iteration: you care more about impact than perfection.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and the future of design workflows.
• Skills in motion design, short-form video, or 3D/interactive content.
