As an Agentic AI Engineer - Senior Associate within our AI Managed Services practice, you will focus on delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for clients. Your role involves managing key processes and functions, utilizing project management, technology, and process optimization skills to provide exceptional services. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using it as an opportunity for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance risks. Your work will involve continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services. You will leverage your skills to interpret data, inform insights, and uphold professional standards, contributing to the broader objectives of your projects and the overall strategy. Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing managed services processes and tools to enhance client operations
- Leading delivery teams in executing project management and process optimization initiatives
- Developing and implementing automation frameworks to streamline business processes
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business transformation and process improvement
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
- Overseeing service delivery and performance management to meet client expectations
- Engaging with stakeholders to facilitate continuous process improvement and innovation
- Coordinating project planning and delivery to achieve timely outcomes
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

What You Must Have

Role 

Senior Associate – Agentic AI Engineer 

Experience 

5–8 years 

Work Location 

Anywhere in India (Preferably Hyderabad / Bangalore) 

Education 

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or cloud/AI certifications preferred) 

Core Skills 

Agentic AI Workflows, LLM Orchestration, Python, FastAPI, AWS (Bedrock), Docker & Kubernetes, Redis/ElastiCache 

Nice to Have 

MCP tools, Langfuse, Evaluation harnesses, AWS certifications, Enterprise AI governance
