We are seeking a motivated Admission Counselor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Edtech industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding students through their educational journeys, providing them with information about our courses, and helping them make informed decisions about their learning paths. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Guidance:
• Provide personalized counseling to students regarding course selection, career paths, and educational opportunities.
• Course Information:
• Explain course details, curriculum, and benefits to prospective students and their families.
• Lead Management:
• Manage and follow up on leads generated from various sources to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Assessments and Recommendations:
• Conduct assessments to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses based on their interests and goals.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Feedback Collection:
• Gather feedback from students to improve counseling services and course offerings.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to align on strategies for student outreach and enrollment.
  

• 1+ year of experience in the Edtech industry, preferably in a sales counseling or inside sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of various educational programs and career paths.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
