[ポジション概要]　Role Overview

本ポジションは、機能安全（ISO 26262）およびサイバーセキュリティ（ISO/SAE 21434）の作業成果物を主体的に作成・完結させる実務担当者です。顧客（OEM）側のエンジニアリングプロセスに準拠しながら、オフショアチーム（インド拠点）との連携窓口として機能し、成果物の品質維持・納期管理を担います。

This role is a hands-on practitioner responsible for independently creating and completing Functional Safety (ISO 26262) work products. The Lead Engineer serves as the primary liaison between the OEM client and the offshore team in India, ensuring quality output and on-time delivery in full compliance with the clients engineering processes.

［業務内容］ Responsibilities

■ 作業成果物の作成

• 顧客プロセスおよびISO 26262に基づき、以下の成果物を主体的に作成・維持管理する
• アイテム定義（Item Definition）/ 安全計画（Safety Plan）/ 影響分析（Impact Analysis）
• HARA（ハザード分析とリスクアセスメント）/機能安全コンセプト（FSC）
• 検証・妥当性確認のテスト戦略・テスト仕様書（ASILベース）
• Safety Case の構造化および根拠の説明

■ 顧客プロセスへの対応

• 顧客（OEM）の検証レビュー（Verification Review）および確証レビュー（Confirmation Review）に成果物を提出し、指摘事項に対応して成果物を完成させる
• 成果物の品質・整合性について顧客エンジニアと技術的に協議し、承認を得る

■ オフショアチームの技術マネジメント

• オフショアメンバー（インド拠点）に対して、成果物作成に必要な情報・指示を適切にインプットする
• オフショアから提出された成果物をレビューし、顧客プロセスに適合する品質に仕上げる
• 納期・スケジュールを管理し、顧客への遅延が発生しないよう調整する

■ サプライヤー対応

• サプライヤーとのFSR（機能安全要件）に関する協議に参加し、要件の実装・検証状況を確認する
• サプライヤーが提出する機能安全関連成果物（DIA等）をレビューし、適切なフィードバックを行う

■ Work Product Creation

• Create and maintain the following work products in accordance with ISO 26262 and the clients process:
• Item Definition / Safety Plan / Impact Analysis/HARA (Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment)/Functional Safety Concept (FSC)
• Test Strategy and Test Specifications for Verification & Validation (ASIL-based)
• Structuring and defending Safety Case

■ Customer Process Compliance

• Submit work products to the clients Verification Review and Confirmation Review processes; respond to review findings and bring work products to completion
• Engage in technical discussions with client engineers on work product quality and consistency, and obtain approval

■ Offshore Team Technical Management

• Provide offshore members (India) with the necessary information and instructions to create work products
• Review work products submitted by the offshore team and refine them to the quality level required by the clients process
• Manage schedules to prevent delays to the client

■ Supplier Interface

• Participate in FSR (Functional Safety Requirements) discussions with suppliers and confirm implementation and verification status
• Review supplier-submitted functional safety work products (e.g., DIA) and provide appropriate feedback

■必須要件■ Must Have

【機能安全】

• ISO 26262に基づく機能安全成果物の作成実務経験（HARA、FSC、Safety Case等）
• 機能安全管理・エンジニアリング経験
• 機能安全分析手法の実務経験：HAZOP、HARA、FTA、FMEA、FMEDA、DFA
• 顧客（OEM）の検証レビュー・確証レビュープロセスへの対応経験
• Safety Caseの構造化・根拠説明の経験
• 自動車業界での実務経験（OEMまたはTier 1サプライヤー）

【チーム連携・コミュニケーション】

• オンサイト/オフショア混合チームでの実務経験
• オフショアメンバーへの業務指示・成果物レビューの経験
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル（JLPT N2以上または同等）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 700以上または同等）

[Functional Safety]

• Hands-on experience creating ISO 26262 work products (HARA, FSC, Safety Case, etc.)
• Experience in Functional Safety Engineering and management
• Practical knowledge of Functional Safety methodologies: HARA, FTA, DFA, FMEA
• Experience responding to OEM Verification Review and Confirmation Review processes
• Experience in structuring and defending Safety Case
• Automotive industry experience (OEM or Tier 1 supplier)

[Team & Communication]

• Practical experience working in a mixed on-site/offshore team
• Experience in giving work instructions to offshore members and reviewing deliverables
• Japanese skill: Business level (JLPT N2 level or above)
• English skill: Business level (TOEIC score more than 700 (recommended) )

• 自動車ECUのサイバーセキュリティプロジェクト管理経験
• SOTIF（ISO 21448）の知識・経験
• サプライヤー管理・DIA作成サポートの経験
• OEMチームの一員としての常駐業務経験
• 診断、フォルトコード、フェールセーフに関するシステムエンジニアリング経験
• ADAS/AD機能開発の実務経験

• Experience in creating cybersecurity work products (e.g., TARA) per ISO/SAE 21434 and UN/ECE R155/R156
• Cybersecurity project management experience for automotive ECUs
• Knowledge or experience with SOTIF (ISO 21448)
• Experience in supplier management and DIA creation support
• Experience working as a resident member within an OEM team
• Systems engineering experience related to diagnostics, fault codes, and fail-safe
• Development experience of ADAS/AD system
