The Opportunity

At BeBetta, we’re building the “Netflix of Gaming” - a highly scalable, real-time engagement platform.

As an Ad Monetization Manager, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing our ad revenue engine, ensuring maximum monetization while maintaining a seamless user experience.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ad mediation platforms (AdMob, AppLovin MAX, ironSource, Unity Ads, etc.)
• Monitor and improve key metrics: eCPM, fill rate, impressions, ARPDAU, and LTV
• Define and optimize ad placements to balance revenue and user experience
• Run A/B tests for ad formats (rewarded, interstitial, native) and bidding strategies
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design teams for smooth ad integrations
• Build and maintain dashboards for ad performance tracking
• Analyze user behavior and segment users for better monetization
• Work with ad network partners for optimization and demand growth
• Stay updated with ad-tech trends and new monetization opportunities
  
  

• 2–5 years of experience in mobile ad monetization
• Experience in gaming, RMG, or consumer mobile apps
• Strong understanding of:
• Ad mediation & programmatic bidding
• eCPMs, fill rates, ARPDAU
• Hands-on experience with:
• AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, ironSource, Chartboost
• Strong analytical skills with:
• Excel, Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  

• Exposure to ad SDK integration
• Understanding of user segmentation and targeting
• Experience working on high DAU apps
