Accounts Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive who can manage accounts operations related to billing , invoicing , payments , reconciliation etc independently .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bank statement reconciliation
Bill & expense creation in accounting software
Digitising the hard copy of bills and uploading them to acocunting software

Qualifications & skills
2) Customer invoicing management
3) Basic Excel skills including pivot , v lookup and H lookup etc..
4) Excel or Google Sheets or Zoho Books or any other accounting software
5) Average English

Education : BA , BCOM , BBA . If any other degree or additional educational qualification we will take a call based on thier experience. Preferably not MBA .



Requirements

Work experience criteria : Minimum of 1 to 2 years

Mandatory Domain expertise

i) Accounting and finance operations
ii) Basic Excel skills ( Pivot , V/H Lookups , in-built formulas )
iii) Invoicing & Transaction reconciliation
iv) Accounting software

Not Eligible - Without any experience using excel

CTC - 3 - 3.5L
