Job Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to take ownership of core accounting operations. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll manage end-to-end accounting, ensure compliance, and collaborate with global teams and external auditors. If you thrive in regulated industries, enjoy precision, and want to be the financial backbone of a dynamic organization, this role is for you

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Maintain general ledger and assist with financial reporting and analysis
• Account for leases under ASC 842, including tracking changes and maintaining schedules
• Manage fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliations
• Track goodwill and intangible assets, including amortization and impairment support
• Perform and review account reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances
• Administer reconciliation and close processes in Blackline, including user support
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 6–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or medical device/healthcare industries.
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, GST, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce or similar ERP/HRIS systems.
• Proven ability to independently manage audits, reporting, and cost accounting.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
