About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure seamless execution of marketing and branding projects. The ideal candidate should have strong client servicing experience within a creative or digital agency environment, along with excellent communication, leadership, and sales pitching skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
  • Understand client business goals and provide strategic recommendations 
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and performance reviews.
  • Handle billing execution for respective accounts and maintain an understanding of BCMA (Billing Cost Margin Analysis).
  • Monitor Gross Margin (GM) performance and ensure profitability targets are maintained across accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of services.
  • Lead client presentations, sales pitches, and proposal discussions confidently.
  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams to align strategies with client objectives.
  • Prepare account status reports, campaign insights, and performance summaries for stakeholders.
  • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and account retention initiatives.
  • Proactively manage and resolve client or internal team challenges by ensuring effective communication, smooth coordination, and timely conflict resolution. 
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Servicing within a creative or digital agency.
  • Strong experience in handling client communication, relationship management, and project coordination.
  • Proven experience in sales pitching and presenting solutions to clients.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools is an added advantage.
