Inside Sales Account Manager

Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales representative while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.

You will:

  • Sell products and services, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Software, enterprise solutions and service contracts.
  • Be responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers
  • Function as the primary insides sales demand generalist and provides support to the field sales representative with all sales internal resources, in both strategy and executions
  • Focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts and work towards achievement of an overlay quota Interacts regularly with the outside sales team
  • Be required to do some direct selling to end user customers and respond to their queries

    Essential Requirements
  • Intermediate understanding of the full range of products and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
  • Beginning to leverage cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs
  • Understanding of improvement opportunities with the clients and within segment
  • Developing skills to handle team and coach others to improve performance including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities

    Desirable Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree
