Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding IT courses such as Programming, Web Development, Data Science, Networking, Cloud Computing, etc.
Understand student career goals and suggest suitable courses.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups.
Explain course details, including syllabus, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
Maintain student records and update admission data regularly.
Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for batch management.
Support student engagement and help improve retention.
