Role & Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and guidance to students regarding academic programs and career options.
• Assess student needs and interests to suggest suitable educational pathways.
• Assist students in college applications, entrance exams, and other admission processes.
• Develop personalized career plans for students based on their interests, strengths, and market trends.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational opportunities and industry developments.
• Conduct on-site counseling sessions and follow-up with students to track progress.
  
  

• Must-Have
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in student counseling or educational guidance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to assess student needs and provide tailored advice
• Knowledge of education landscape and career opportunities in India
• Proficiency in MS Office and counseling tools
• Preferred
• Previous experience in academic consulting or educational institutions
