Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one academic counseling sessions in Malayalam to guide students and parents on course selection, university options, and scholarship opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and overseas education partners to stay updated on admission trends and eligibility criteria.
• Prepare customized study plans and application timelines based on student profiles, career goals, and academic strengths.
• Assist students with Statement of Purpose (SOP) drafting, resume building, and interview preparation—all in Malayalam and English as needed.
• Represent the organization at education fairs, school workshops, and community events to drive student engagement and brand visibility.
• Track student progress through the application lifecycle and provide post-admission support including visa guidance and pre-departure orientation.
  
  

• Fluent written and spoken Malayalam (mandatory)
• Strong counseling and active listening skills
• Knowledge of global university admissions processes
• Experience in student mentoring or academic advising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student CRM tools
• Familiarity with popular study destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany)
