Warehouse Lead

What You´ll Do

• Manage 3PL warehouse performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead governance meetings and performance reviews with logistics partners.
• Manage warehouse contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and pricing.
• Ensure invoice validation and warehouse cost control.
• Enforce standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of warehouse systems, including SAP, WMS, and EDI.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with third-party logistics providers.
• Manage operational risks, audits, and escalations.
• Act as the primary escalation point between internal stakeholders and logistics service providers.
• Ensure SHEQ compliance and safe warehouse operations.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP WM/EWM, WMS, and EDI systems.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and SHEQ compliance.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analytics.
• Experience in vendor management, SLA/KPI monitoring, contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
