Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving diagnostics sales and doctor engagement within the assigned territory. The role focuses on promoting Genomics, BioFire, Oncology, and specialty diagnostic tests by regularly visiting doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers to generate test referrals and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive pathology and specialty diagnostics sales including Genomics, BioFire, NIPT, NBS, Oncocept, and Flow Cytometry.
• Regularly visit doctors, oncologists, pathologists, and clinicians to promote diagnostic services and generate test prescriptions/referrals.
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers in the assigned territory.
• Promote molecular diagnostics, oncology panels, genetic testing, and infectious disease panels.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly territory sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new referral doctors and centers.
• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM with sales activities.
• Ensure timely sample flow and coordinate with operations teams when required.
  
  

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in diagnostics / pathology / specialty diagnostics sales.

No of openings: 2 ( 1 in Routine and 1 in speciality)

Experience in diagnostics is mandatory. Apply only if you have experience in same domain
