<div><strong>Title: Technical Analyst</strong><br><strong><br></strong><strong>Summary</strong><br>Highly skilled Technical Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders<br>and development teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear,<br>implementable technical solutions, with the ability to actively support development<br>activities when needed. This role combines business analysis, technical design, and<br>hands-on contribution.<br>This role is central to ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into<br>actionable technical requirements and that the delivered application meets<br>expectations.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br> Serve as the primary liaison between internal business stakeholders, Product<br>Owners and the development team.<br> Facilitate clear communication to ensure mutual understanding of goals,<br>constraints, and expectations.<br> Translate business needs into detailed functional, non functional and technical<br>requirements.<br> Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria,<br>process flows, and data models (using TargetProcess, xWiki and other tools).<br> Support prioritization and backlog management.<br> You will collaborate with the team in technical analysis and grooming<br>sessions.<br> Assist in change management activities, including impact analysis and<br>documentation updates.<br> You will participate in the release process, ensuring smooth deployments.<br> Help with troubleshooting and debugging of applications to ensure a high<br>uptime and good performance.<br> Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient complex<br>solutions.<br> Create and maintain technical documentation for all code changes and<br>updates.<br> Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies including AI and<br>suggest new approaches to improve efficiency and productivity.<br><br><strong>Required Skills</strong><br><br> You have bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or<br>a related field.<br> You have a minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Technical Analyst or<br>equivalent role in applications using Angular FE, Java backend using<br>Microservices architecture.<br> You have a strong ability to translate business concepts into structured<br>technical requirements.<br> Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile<br>methodologies.<br> Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.<br> Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.<br> Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.<br> Proficiency in English is mandatory.<br><strong><br>We are offering:</strong><br> Good compensation - Competitive salary plus benefits package.<br> Development opportunities.<br> Challenging, and a friendly working environment.<br> And much, much more...</div>
