About The Role

As a Sourcing Specialist on the Sourcing Desk, you will execute tactical and mid-complexity sourcing transactions in support of Zillow’s global procurement operations. This India-based role will operate as part of a scalable offshore sourcing capability designed to enhance procurement throughput, operational efficiency, and stakeholder responsiveness.

You will support sourcing events, supplier onboarding, contract coordination, and procurement system administration across multiple categories including technology, marketing, professional services, and corporate functions.

You Will Get To

• Execute sourcing requests including RFx administration, bid analysis, and negotiation support.
• Draft and coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and contract documentation.
• Support renewal tracking, intake management, and supplier onboarding processes.
• Maintain procurement data accuracy within sourcing and procure-to-pay systems.
• Partner with global stakeholders across the U.S. and India to ensure timely sourcing execution.
• Conduct spend analysis and supplier research to support cost optimization initiatives.
• Drive compliance with procurement policies, intake workflows, and governance standards.
• Utilize sourcing and P2P tools such as Ariba, Zip, Workday, Coupa, or similar platforms.
• Support reporting dashboards and prepare summaries for procurement leadership.
  
  

This role has been categorized as an Office position. “Office” employees regularly work at the Zillow India office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of their time each month. Employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Zillow has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation subject to applicable laws and relevant Zillow policies. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing operations, or vendor management.
• Experience supporting RFx processes and contract coordination activities.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing and procurement systems such as Ariba, Zip, Workday, Coupa, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Comfortable working in a global, cross-time-zone operating model.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred.
