You will be solving for challenges like:

1. Narrative Sound Design & Immersion - Craft soundscapes that elevate fiction storytelling, ambience, pacing, FX, silence, tension release building worlds through audio.
2. Long-Form Production at Scale - Mix & master multi-hour episodic content with consistency and story-driven clarity across genres including romance, thriller, fantasy & drama.
3. Gen-AI Enabled Audio Workflows - Leverage AI narration, modal SFX generation, and batch workflows to boost output speed while expanding creative possibilities.
4. Multi-Platform Adaptation - Optimize mixes for headphones, speakers, mobile-first consumption, trailers, short-form teasers, and global listening environments.
5. Impact-Driven Production - Drive listener retention, completion rates, session duration and emotional engagement through audio quality and narrative sensitivity.

Here’s What We Are Looking For:

• An engineer who understands sound as narrative architecture, not just technical output
• Ability to break complex audio decisions into solvable steps structure, clarity, dynamic balance, emotional reasoning
• Strong execution capability from raw session to polished master with measurable improvements in audio quality and listener experience
• Comfortable working with GenAI sound tools, narration systems, batch automation, and modern AI-audio workflows
• Enjoys experimentation, iteration, learning new tools fast
• Collaborative mindset works well with writers, voice artists & production leads
• Action-oriented problem solver simplifies process, ships faster, improves continuously
• A background in fiction audio is a plus, but hunger to learn is more important than perfect alignment
