Job Summary: We are seeking a highly capable Senior Program Manager who excels at driving clarity, alignment, and outcomes in complex, fast-moving environments. This role requires strong influence without authority, experience establishing governance and processes for large programs, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior and CXO level stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and skilled at turning ambiguity into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large, cross functional programs, driving alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Influence decisions and outcomes without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
• Design, implement, and mature program governance, operating rhythms, and decision frameworks.
• Manage demand intake, prioritization, and capacity alignment to ensure focus on highest value work.
• Create clarity in ambiguous situations by defining structure, roles, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Prepare and deliver executive level communications, including updates, decision points, and recommendations.
• Plan andfacilitateexecutive forums, large town halls, and cross organizational events.
• Proactivelyidentifyrisks and dependencies, and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Establish consistent reporting and dashboards to provide transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  
  
  

• Proven ability to influence and deliver resultswithout direct authority.
• Strong experience setting up and running governance for large or complex programs.
• Expertise in managingprioritization, demand, and capacityacross multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting tosenior and CXO ‑ level audiences.
• Prior experience planning and runninglarge-scale events, reviews, and organizational forums.
• Strong organizational skills with abias for action and continuous improvement.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bring structure quickly.
  
  
  

• Experience inBFSI, Investment Banking, Retail, or E ‑ commercedomains.
• PMP, PgMP ,SAFe, or equivalent program management certifications.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Experience with program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Strong understanding of OKRs, roadmap planning, and strategic portfolio management.
