Essential

• Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the health sector.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel for fieldwork at short notice.
  
  

Desirable:

• Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with statistical tools like SPSS, EPI Info, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and writing capabilities.
• Experience in team coordination and facilitation.
• Prior involvement in training and capacity building is an added advantage.

Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Negotiable for suitable candidates.
