Quality Executive

The Quality Executive will spearhead the Delivery Assurance & Practices - BPM | Quality department, establishing robust quality frameworks and driving best‑practice adoption across all BPM projects. This role collaborates closely with delivery teams, clients, and senior leadership to embed quality into every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring consistent, high‑value outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality standards and metrics for BPM projects.
• Conduct audits, reviews, and assessments to ensure compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor and coach delivery teams on quality best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed quality into project lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and templates.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report findings to senior management.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and Kaizen events.
• Manage risk identification and mitigation related to quality.
• Support client engagements by providing quality assurance expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in quality assurance or delivery assurance, preferably in BPM/IT services.
• Proven track record of implementing quality frameworks (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, CMMI).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, Signavio) is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive change.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery models.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt) preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
