Job Description

Job Purpose:

The role responsible to upkeep safety at project site.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Quality documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
• Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality.
• Responsible for Daily Quality Activities.
• Responsible to arrange Factory Acceptance Test & QA Audit.
• Responsible to Manage all the Third-Party Agencies related to Quality.
• Recommend and implement improvements when required.
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.
• Verify that the quality related site activities are following the applicable codes and standards.
• Participate in the site internal and external site audits.
• Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site Quality inspectors.

• Education: Diploma / Degree in Electrical.
• Experience: 7–8 years (min) in Solar or Renewable industry in Quality.
• Expertise in MS Office package.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Inspection and auditing skills.
