Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various ecosystem components to ensure seamless application lifecycle management. Your role includes executing continuous testing practices focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression, while also developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. You actively participate in reviewing code, tracking and reporting defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to uphold high-quality standards throughout the development cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor testing processes and suggest improvements to optimize quality assurance efforts.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts for web applications.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues found during testing and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Knowledge of various testing types including functional, regression, and security testing.
• Experience in configuring test environments and managing test data to ensure reliable test execution.
