Production Planner

The Production Planner is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hardware and collateral end to end management including quotation request, PO placement, schedule monitoring/escalation, invoice scrutiny, and inventory status review. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production planning and methodologies, as well as experience in managing complex tasks.

Responsibilities

PO placement for OSAT and invoice scrutiny and troubleshooting

PO placement for hardware and collateral, and invoice scrutiny and troubleshooting

Payment facilitation.

Shipment reconciliation with suppliers and logistics management.

Assets monitoring and management

Data reconciliation and analysis for production

Transaction reconciliation

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in procurement, planning, or manufacturing

Strong understanding of production or supplier management

Experience in managing multi-function tasks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Google workspace and project management software

Fluent in Chinese and located in Taiwan
