Product Planner

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and user-focused Product Planner to translate business and user requirements into well-defined product features, user experiences, operational policies, and workflows. The role will work closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to drive product growth, improve service quality, and deliver solutions that enhance user acquisition, activation, retention, and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define requirements for new product features and services based on user and business needs.
• Design user journeys, UX flows, wireframes, screens, and product workflows.
• Develop service operation policies, permission policies, and related operational processes.
• Analyze user feedback and product/service data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to refine and launch features.
• Identify and solve user and business problems using a user-centered approach.
• Maintain clear product documentation, requirements, specifications, and workflows.
• Take ownership from initial product planning through launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Product Planning, Product Management, or a similar role.
• Experience in feature planning, policy design, and UX flow development for web and/or mobile products.
• Strong ability to structure, analyze, and document complex product requirements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a user-centric mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
