What are we looking for?

We are looking for an exceptionally analytical Product Analyst who enjoys solving complex business and product problems using data.

This role is ideal for candidates with 0–1 years of experience who possess outstanding quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and a passion for building data-driven products.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business teams to uncover insights, drive product decisions, evaluate experiments, and improve user experiences through rigorous analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Analytics & Research
  
  

Analyze user behaviour, product performance, and business metrics to identify opportunities.

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis.

Define and monitor product KPIs.

Recommend product improvements backed by quantitative insights.

• Data Analysis & Insights
  
  

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets.

Build dashboards and reports for product performance tracking.

Perform funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention analysis, and experiment evaluation.

Present actionable recommendations to Product Managers and leadership.

• Product Strategy Support
  
  

Assist Product Managers in validating ideas using data.

Support A/B testing and experimentation.

Help define success metrics for new product launches.

Document insights, product learnings, and recommendations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration
  
  

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams.

Support feature validation, testing, and product releases.

Participate in roadmap discussions with quantitative insights

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Premier Tier-1 and Tier 2 Engineering Institute

Experience

• 0–1 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must-Have Skills
• Exceptional mathematical and logical reasoning skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Basic Python for data analysis.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have demonstrated strong quantitative aptitude through one or more of the following:

• Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research projects.
• Machine Learning or Data Science projects.
• Kaggle competitions or analytical hackathons.
• Research involving probability, optimization, statistics, or algorithms.
• Published papers or academic projects with a strong mathematical foundation.
  
  

Good to Have

• Understanding of product metrics such as DAU, MAU, Retention, Activation, Conversion, and LTV.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools.
• Knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and hypothesis testing.
• Exposure to mobile apps, gaming, SaaS, or AdTech.
