Operations Analyst

What You Will Do And Learn

We are looking for a hungry, humble, and smart Analyst to join our Operations Team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting operational needs, goals and objectives and work with data to generate actionable insights and support business decisions through high‑quality analysis.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

• Execute day-to-day and ad hoc operational activities to support business needs,
• Conduct in-depth operational and data analysis to enhance business processes,
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports,
• Interpret data trends and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders,
• Support process improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches,
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions,
• Take ownership of tasks and projects, working independently or in collaboration with teams to achieve objectives.
  
  
  

You Have

• Bachelor’s degree along with 2–4 years of experience in business operations, data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of business and financial metrics,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing),
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail,
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus,
• Strong communication skills,
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams,
