Key Responsibilities

• Capture Manufacturing related commodities by referring various engineering drawings helpful in Should Cost and Inventory requirements.
• Data extraction from engineering drawings would focus on the ability to extract and interpret data from technical drawings to support tasks like cost estimation, design verification, and material ordering.
• Data management using Advanced Excel Formulas
• Data Extraction by Engineering drawing reading
• Raw material and Finish weight Calculation
• Analysing and Deciding Various Manufacturing process
• Data Capturing of Various Special processes
• Develop and maintain part cost estimates
• Conduct teardowns of competing product
• Present results from ongoing individual workgroup competitive assessments
• Collaborate with the Advanced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Engineering
• Global Supply Management divisions in developing and maintaining cost methods and models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the VECE COE to implement solutions and drive the successful execution of component engineering initiatives
