Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Specialist, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer consultative business and system integration services that facilitate the implementation of effective solutions. This role requires understanding and interpreting customer needs to develop tailored business and technology solutions. The Integration Engineer actively drives discussions around transformation initiatives, customer journeys, and functional or application designs. Throughout the day, they ensure that the technology and business solutions align precisely with the business requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver seamless integration outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to overcome them.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
