As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative business and system integration services to clients, ensuring that their needs are effectively translated into practical technology solutions. The role requires engaging with clients to understand their requirements deeply and driving discussions around transformation and customer journey improvements. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring that technology implementations meet the intended business goals and deliver value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure seamless system interoperability.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.
• Experience with API design and management to enable effective system communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration within ServiceNow environments.
