Job Description:

• We're looking for energetic and qualified Fleet Managers (Last Mile) to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Bangalore.
• If you have a good network of 2W & 3W delivery partners across various zones in Bangalore, this is your opportunity to join India's leading quick commerce logistics platform.
• This is a field role based at our dark store, and you must be near any of the following locations: Kalyan Nagar, Sarjapur, KR Puram, Yehwanthpur, Whitefield, Hebbal, BG Road, Hoodi.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
• Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
• Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
• MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
• Education: Graduate and above
• Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
• Must have an owner's mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
