The Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for supporting engineering projects and programs through a variety of technical and administrative tasks.

As An Engineering Coordinator, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By

• Independently managing small capital projects requiring minimal engineering evaluation
• Manages project documentation by retrieving and archiving drawings as part of the overall documentation process.
• Serves as a sourcing partner for both self and other project managers, following established sourcing policies and procedures to execute capital equipment purchases and installation contracts
• Providing Workday supervision tasks for 3M Contract Workers
• Providing additional administrative support as required & working independently with limited direction
  
  
  

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in customer/stakeholder focused roles
• Should have experience working with internal stakeholders as well as external customers
• Experience working with technical teams.
• Experience working independently with limited direction.

Work location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode
