Are you a commercially driven, data-led digital marketer who thrives on delivering measurable revenue growth in a B2B environment?


We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital performance and drive impactful, full-funnel marketing strategies that directly support business growth.


Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing a data-driven digital strategy that generates qualified leads, enhances brand visibility, and accelerates revenue across key markets.


This is a high-impact, commercially focused role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working cross-functionally to align marketing with sales outcomes.


Role Responsibilities Overview:

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned to revenue and pipeline targets
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure marketing drives commercial outcomes
  • Identify growth opportunities through market insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence
  • Own and optimise the digital marketing budget for maximum ROI
  • Performance Marketing
  • Lead and optimise SEO, SEM, paid media, social, and email marketing campaigns
  • Drive improvements in website performance, UX, and conversion rates
  • Manage agency partners and ensure delivery against KPIs and performance targets
  • Marketing Technology & Innovation
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to enhance effectiveness
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools to improve performance, personalisation, and efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to brand, compliance, and data privacy standards
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on key metrics including ROI, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Continually optimise lead scoring, nurture journeys, and campaign performance


What You’ll Bring:


  • Demonstrable experience of consistently delivering measurable ROI and revenue growth through digital channels
  • Proven use of data to optimise performance continuously
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Advanced skills in analytics, CRM, and marketing platforms
  • Ability to act as a trusted partner to sales and senior leadership
  • Strong commercial mindset and results orientation
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • High attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Ability to operate autonomously while aligning to global strategy

This is a full time role, 45 hours per week Monday to Friday 10.30 to 19.30 and offered as hybrid working 60% of the week from our Bangalore office (Bengaluru - 560092)
