As a Marketing Associate, you own a portfolio of Done-For-You client accounts (US based) and make them successful. You'll plan each client's email strategy, build and create their campaigns inside the Nudge platform, route them for review, and manage the relationship so clients stay, grow, and see real results. You own both the day-to-day execution and the outcomes - performance, retention, and the longevity of the accounts assigned to you.

• Own a portfolio of Done-For-You US client accounts end to end
• Plan monthly email strategy and campaign calendars for clients across different business verticals
• Create and build client emails using the Nudge platform, and route them for review
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and low churn
• Own the performance of your accounts - track results and continuously improve them
• Collaborate across strategy, design, and delivery in a cross-functional, AI-first team
  

• Degree in Engineering OR MBA from a good university with good academic record
• Good understanding AI tools like Claude Code, Deepseek, Codex etc
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and spoken English - you'll craft client-facing emails and communication
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software; comfortable working with AI-powered tools
• Organized, ownership-driven, and genuinely client-first
• Curious, practical, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work the split shift (in-office 2–6 PM, then WFH 8 PM–12 AM) and relocate to Bangalore
• Able to join within 1 month
• Prior digital marketing experience is a plus
