The Role

We're looking for a Creative Lead to own the "why" and "what" behind the campaigns we build for global brands, not just the "how." This is a strategic and conceptual role: you'll be the person a brand trusts to take a business problem and turn it into a campaign idea, a visual approach, and a creative direction that a team can then execute at scale.

This role exists because campaign work needs someone thinking one level above the layout, someone who can sit with a brief, ask what story the brand needs to tell, and set a direction before a single asset gets made.

If you're happiest reacting to a creative brief that's already fully baked, or your strongest instinct is "how do I make this screen better," this probably isn't the role. If your instinct is "here's the idea, here's the approach, here's why it'll work for this brand", that's this role.

What You'll Do

• Lead creative strategy and concept development for global brand campaigns, translating business objectives and briefs into a distinct creative idea and visual approach, before execution begins.
• Set creative direction across a campaign: mood, tone, visual language, and messaging framework, and brief this out clearly to designers and AI-assisted production workflows.
• Own the creative point of view in client conversations: pitching ideas, defending creative decisions, and negotiating scope or direction with confidence.
• Review work against the original creative intent, not just visual polish. Catching when execution has drifted from the idea, and course-correcting.
• Partner with Art Directors and designers to push execution quality, while staying focused on ideas, direction, and campaign architecture rather than production itself.
• Bring an informed point of view on advertising, culture, and design trends, and translate that into fresh campaign thinking.
• Champion how AI-powered workflows can be used in service of better creative thinking. Faster exploration, more versions to choose from, without letting the tool drive the idea.
  
  

• 8+ years in a creative or advertising agency environment, with real ownership of campaign concepts and creative direction for global brands, not solely production or execution.
• A portfolio that shows campaign thinking: the idea, the strategic rationale, and how it flexed across formats and channels, not just a set of polished individual assets.
• Strong point of view on brand storytelling and campaign architecture, with the ability to defend a creative choice on strategic grounds, not just aesthetic preference.
• Comfortable being customer-facing: presenting ideas, handling pushback, and holding a creative line under commercial pressure.
• Experience directing and giving feedback to designers/Art Directors, with an eye for when execution has lost the plot relative to the original idea.
• Background in advertising or brand campaigns specifically. General UI/UX, product design, or digital-product creative direction is NOT a fit for this role, even at a senior level.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts/campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Open to working in the US shift (12:00 pm to 9:00 pm).
