What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Content Writer who’s curious, sharp, and can turn complex financial concepts into clear, engaging, and genuinely helpful content for millions of readers.

You’ll work on content across brands and formats — from social media explainers and storytelling-led content to long-form, search-optimised articles.

Role and Responsibilities

• Researching and simplifying topics across finance, business, economy, insurance, and personal finance.
• Creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, blogs, and other digital channels.
• Writing clear, concise, and user-first content tailored to different audiences and formats.
• Collaborating with designers, SEO teams, and product/content stakeholders to create impactful content experiences.
• Understanding what users actually want to know and creating content that genuinely helps them make decisions.
• Using storytelling, structure, and strong communication to make complex topics easy to understand.
• Staying updated on trends, platform behaviour, audience engagement, and evolving content formats.
• Leveraging AI tools and modern workflows to enhance research, ideation, and content creation.

What do you need to apply for this position?

• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, research, social media content, or related fields.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to break down complex topics into simple, engaging, and accessible content.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn deeply about finance, business, insurance, and consumer behaviour.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with structured thinking.
• Understanding of digital content formats, audience engagement, and/or SEO best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to produce original and high-quality content.

Our Interview Process:

We would like to help you minimise your time and effort. There are 4 rounds, & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 2 weeks time.

The schedule is as follows:

2. Task / Assignment

3. Presentation round

4. Final Round
