What youll do

This position involves leading the production of UX copy across Docusign’s commerce and product experiences, primarily within the Product-Led Growth UX team. The Content Designer is an integral partner to the UX, Product Management, and Engineering teams, responsible for creating UI content that enhances user experience and drives product adoption for a global digital audience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the experiences of millions of customers, leveraging deep user knowledge to ensure clarity and consistency in in-app content. The work directly enables PLG initiatives and digital growth by making the product easy to adopt.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead Content Strategist, PLG.

Responsibility

• Develop and maintain UI copy for product-led growth and digital initiatives, including e-commerce, activation, and instructional in-app user communications
• Ensure timely delivery of copy that aligns with PLG initiatives and meets quality standards
• Drive clarity and consistency in tone and terminology, applying a systemic approach for in-product copy and contributing to content standards and guidelines
• Serve as the resident UI copy expert, collaborating with and coaching designers, Product Managers (PMs), and engineers as appropriate
• Partner with UX designers and use data and feedback to create a cohesive cross-product experience and make informed content decisions
  
  

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

• 2+ years of experience in content design, UX copywriting, or a related field
• Experience creating UI content in a high-tech environment, preferably a SaaS or B2B/B2C commerce platform
• Experience creating copy in Figma
• Portfolio of UX-focused writing samples
• Experience working on multi-disciplinary teams
  
  

Preferred

• Experience writing for a variety of audiences, including enterprise customers
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform content design
• Ability to use feedback to improve content and contribute to documentation quality1Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
