Content Creator

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) Role: Part Time

We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator who can independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form content for social media. This is an execution-first role for someone who enjoys being on camera, understands internet culture, and can turn ideas into high-performing content quickly.

• Script, Shoot and edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social-first platforms.
• Write engaging scripts with strong hooks, storytelling, and clear messaging.
• Identify and leverage social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, and cultural moments to create timely content.
• Appear confidently on camera as the face of the content.
• Conduct vox-pop and street-style interviews to create engaging, people-first content whenever required.
• Independently handle end-to-end content production
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content aligned with brand goals.

• Proven experience creating social media content, especially short-form videos.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills using professional cameras or smartphones and editing tools.
• Excellent understanding of hooks, retention, storytelling, and what makes content perform on social platforms.
• Confident camera presence and strong communication skills.
• Ability to interact comfortably with people for interviews and public-facing content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and internet culture.
• Creative mindset with exceptional visual storytelling abilities.
• Office presence is required whenever content shoots or collaborative sessions are scheduled; otherwise, you can work remotely.
