About The Role

M3 is looking for a Communications Strategist to help clients communicate complex ideas with clarity. You'll work directly with founders, executives, investors, and leadership teams to develop positioning, messaging, and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead positioning and messaging workshops
Develop brand narratives and messaging frameworks
Create website messaging and content strategy
Write executive, investor, and leadership communications
Support product launches and strategic announcements
Collaborate with designers to ensure messaging and visual identity align
Present strategic recommendations to clients

Requirements

4–8 years of experience in communications, branding, consulting, or strategy
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
Experience working with B2B, technology, SaaS, AI, or venture-backed companies
Ability to simplify complex concepts
Strong presentation and client management skills
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field
