Your Role And Responsibilities

This role will require you to provide operations support in terms of Billing, Head Count Management, Asset management, Audit and ERO Compliance, Facility and Seating, Procurement and Travel, coordination between business Leaders and support team to ensure smooth execution/delivery of Business operations activities. You will provide support & report to the Operations Manager of the department. The role is not limited to the above-mentioned responsibilities and can have additional responsibilities added as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

ü Billing and HC Support (Monthly Billing Confirmation, Tracking actuals against each program, Regular interlock with Managers and WW Ops on billing changes and discrepancy, maintain HC dashboard)

ü ERO and Audit (Project Classification and ERO Data Management, Support for all types of Quarterly and yearly audit by providing the evidence and artifact)

ü Asset Management (Forecast asset requirement, Coordinate for Laptop refresh and repair, Asset Validation, and maintain asset inventory)

ü Business Compliance (Follow-up with BU employees on all types of compliance activities and ensure timely completion)

ü Facility, Access, and Seating (Coordinate for in house events, handle access issues, Seating plan across ISDL Location, seat allocation, and tracking)

ü Working closely with operations teams in Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad

ü Engaging with Managers and employees at the location and contributing to improving employee experience

ü ICA & DOU (Budgeting & Forecasting yearly ICA cost. Creation of ICA and DOU, Tracking ICA Spend and supplement if required.)

ü Contract Hiring (Yearly Budget forecast and approval, Screening shortlisting, Interview co-ordination, PO negotiation, On-boarding support (DRMS / Devices)

ü Procurement & Logistic (Working with US team for Procurement and Logistic, HW Configuration, Pricing & Quotation, Order / PO release, Logistic handling)

Preferred Education

Bachelors Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Ø Bachelor’s / Master Degree is required

Ø 3 to 5 Years Experiens in Operation & administration experience

Ø Engage and network extensively with HR,Procurement,Legal,RESO and external vendors/agencies

Ø Overhead expense/budget management

Ø Reporting Skills - Microsoft office suite

Ø Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Ø Able to work in a fast moving environment

Ø General Consulting Skills & ability to negotiate successfully at all levels

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Ø Bachelor’s Degree is required

Ø 3 to 5 Years Experiens in Operation & administration experience

Ø Reporting Skills - Microsoft office suite

Ø Experienced in vendor management , Head Count Management and Procurement
